Gilbert Sandwich Shop Owner Sues Brewery Over Wrongful Eviction and Arrest

Aaron Link, owner of the Philadelphia Sandwich Company, is suing the former owners of Flying Basset Brewing and their property management companies for breach of contract following a series of events that led to him being locked out of his business, arrested, and his equipment seized.

The conflict began with a sublease agreement intended to benefit both parties, given Flying Basset's available kitchen space and Link's food service. However, the relationship soured over disagreements on rent and lease terms, culminating in a dispute that has significantly impacted Link's personal and professional life.

Despite efforts to resolve the situation and clear evidence of up-to-date rent payments, Link was accused of trespassing and burglary, leading to legal complications.

Now cleared of charges, Link is taking legal action to recover his lost property and address the damages incurred from the ordeal, turning to the community for support in his ongoing legal battle.
