Gilbert Police Issue Warning Over Teens' Water Gun 'Assassin' Game with Realistic Toy Guns

Gilbert police have issued a warning about a game called "assassin" where teens use realistic toy water guns to eliminate others from the game by spraying them with water.

This has led to multiple mistaken gun-related calls to the police. In a recent incident, two teens were reported for carrying a white firearm, which turned out to be a water gun designed to resemble a real firearm.

The police urge the community to understand the risks of such realistic toy water guns that can be perceived as threats by both officers and the public.

Making a Difference: Cox Employees in Gilbert Raise Funds for Local Causes

Cox Communications employees in Gilbert raised $637,810 to support nonprofits in Arizona, with a focus on youth and education programs.

This initiative, led by Cox Charities, has been ongoing for 27 years, resulting in $10.5 million raised by Cox Arizona employees and grants awarded to 1,851 local nonprofits since 1996.
